We can provide up to date training services for you and your employees in the following areas:

  • Anti-Money Laundering Act of 1992: An Act to criminalize money laundering, to require financial institutions to maintain identification procedures and record keeping procedures, to make orders in relation to proceeds of crime and properties of offenders, to designate money laundering an extraditable offence and for matters connected therewith.
  • Bank Secrecy Act: The BSA requires businesses to keep records and file reports that are determined to have a high degree of usefulness in criminal, tax, and regulatory matters. The documents filed by businesses under the BSA requirements are heavily used by law enforcement agencies, both domestic and international to identify, detect and deter money laundering whether it is in furtherance of a criminal enterprise, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activity.
  • USA Patriot Act Section 352 Requirements: Section 352 of the PATRIOT Act required all financial institutions, as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act, to establish an anti-money laundering program within six months of the passage of the PATRIOT Act.
