Our third-party audit services can evaluate your transaction-monitoring efforts and help you “get a better handle” on situations requiring Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports SARs), thus mitigating your risks and avoiding potential “cease & desist” orders or costly fines from regulatory agencies; further, our independent audits can identify situations where those forms should have been filed earlier and then help you file them to remedy any such short-comings.

“Compliance” Audits:

“Look Back” Audit assessments are conducted for the purpose of testing the “past” effectiveness or adequacy of your AML Program and to identify situations where required BSA reports should have been filed. These independent audits can not only identify situations where those forms should have been filed previously, but will help you file them to remedy any such deficiencies.
